There’s a big world out there.
You’re not alone.

Private advisory work for leaders who want to stay connected to what’s deeper, so the stories they create are truly their own.

Confidential support
for navigating complexity, pressure, and transition

I work with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders who carry real responsibility and are navigating complexity that can’t be solved by speed, frameworks, or external advice alone.

The work is not executive coaching or consulting in the traditional sense. It’s a steady, confidential advisory relationship that gives leaders space to slow down, see clearly, and make decisions that align with their values, instincts, and long-term responsibilities.

Engagements are long-term, highly relational, and intentionally limited.

Hello

Matthew Stodder
Private Advisor & Executive Partner

My background spans senior operating roles, go-to-market leadership, and more than a decade working closely with founders, executives, and leadership teams during moments of growth, transition, and uncertainty.

I’ve worked inside fast-growing companies, alongside investors, and as a trusted advisor to leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and responsibility. Over time, my work has focused less on performance and more on helping leaders think clearly, act with integrity, and lead in a way that is steady and sustainable.

How I work

I work in long-term, confidential advisory relationships with a small number of leaders at a time. The work is designed to provide steadiness, perspective, and clear thinking through moments of complexity, transition, or sustained pressure.

There is no fixed program or prescribed process. The relationship adapts to the realities of the role and the moment—creating space to slow down, see clearly, and make decisions that align with values, instincts, and long-term responsibility.

I intentionally limit the number of partnerships I take on so the work can remain personal, responsive, and deeply engaged.
