I’ve worked inside fast-growing companies, alongside investors, and as a trusted advisor to leaders navigating complexity, pressure, and responsibility. Over time, my work has focused less on performance and more on helping leaders think clearly, act with integrity, and lead in a way that is steady and sustainable.

I work in long-term, confidential advisory relationships with a small number of leaders at a time. The work is designed to provide steadiness, perspective, and clear thinking through moments of complexity, transition, or sustained pressure.
There is no fixed program or prescribed process. The relationship adapts to the realities of the role and the moment—creating space to slow down, see clearly, and make decisions that align with values, instincts, and long-term responsibility.
I intentionally limit the number of partnerships I take on so the work can remain personal, responsive, and deeply engaged.
